Steve plays Sean Garrity on the critically acclaimed hit television show Rescue Me, an FX television series. Rescue Me focuses on the professional and personal lives of New York City firefighters after the trauma of the September 11, 2001 attacks. The show stars Dennis Leary, Michael Lombardi, Callie Thorne, Tatum O'Neal, John Scurti, Daniel Sunjata, Andrea Roth and Jack McGee. The show is produced by the Cloudland Company, Apostle, DreamWorks Television and Sony Pictures Television. In between the fourth and fifth seasons, ten minisodes were filmed, which can be viewed at crackle.com. Steve is currently filming the sixth, and final, season.
Steve played Kurt, a square dancing instructor, in two episodes of season 1 of Six Feet Under, the critacally acclaimed, award-winning HBO series created by Oscar winner Alan Ball.
In episode 1:8, Nate (Michael C. Hall) decides to rent out the slumber room for square dancing lessons. In episode 1:9, Kurt (Steve Pasquale) takes Nate to a disco and introduces him to ecstacy, which Nate hides in an asprin bottle. The season is available on DVD
